Take a ten minutes break from your busy day and walk up and down the stairs in your house or apartment, by this you will burn around 100 calories.
A study says, exercising for just two and half minutes at a high intensity say running or sprinting can help you burn two hundred more calories over the rest of the day.Speed is key move, walk, or run a little faster and you’ll burn more total calories.
Calorie deficit is the actual scientific way to lose fat, in this rule you've to burn more calories than your daily calorie intake till you reach your targeted weight. The speed of fat loss is totally depends on you. If you want to loss your fat fast which is visible even in a single week, then you've sacrifice many things and follow many rules which is not quite good for you.
Other way is to lose fat gradually in this case you don't have to make those many sacrifices and follow those many rules, this is way more simple and easy for us. Losing fat fast is usually followed by the professional athlete, Slow and steady fat lose is good for us.

Warm up is absolutely essential, since you want your body and joints to be ready to tackle the exercises for the rest of your session. Warm up helps increase the body temperature, which helps the muscles to contract more forcefully and also relax smoothly. Muscle elasticity also improves, due to which there is less risk of pulling or straining your muscles.
